It started with ramen
We opened on Red Wolf Boulevard in 2019 as a ramen bar — one great bowl was all it took. Jonesboro agreed.
Growing into a full bistro
The ramen kept people coming back, but we had more to share — so the menu grew into sushi rolls, hibachi, and bento boxes. Ichiya Asian Bistro was born.
This is Jonesboro's spot
Right down the road from Arkansas State University, we've become a regular spot for students, families, and locals alike. That loyalty means everything to us.
Food that doesn't take itself too seriously
We named a roll the "I Am Sexy" and another the "Angry Wife" — because great food should make you smile. Bold flavors, relaxed attitude.
Still here, still grateful
