Ichiya Asian Bistro | Our Story

From ramen bar to Jonesboro's bistro

Ichiya started in 2019 as a ramen bar on Red Wolf Blvd. What began with one great bowl has grown into Jonesboro's favorite Asian bistro.

We opened on Red Wolf Boulevard in 2019 as a ramen bar — one great bowl was all it took. Jonesboro agreed.

Right down the road from Arkansas State University, we've become a regular spot for students, families, and locals alike. That loyalty means everything to us.

We named a roll the "I Am Sexy" and another the "Angry Wife" — because great food should make you smile. Bold flavors, relaxed attitude.

We're still on Red Wolf Blvd, still cooking, and still grateful every time someone walks through that door. Pull up a chair — you're part of the Ichiya family now.
